If a player loses an amount exceeding AUD 80 – a 10% cashback reward for the amount lost is rewarded.
When calculating the cashback, the entire account history is considered. If the account is winning (is in surplus), a cashback reward will not be available.
For example, a player makes several deposits and withdraws a large amount. Throughout the next month, the player loses several small deposits — in this case, neither cashback nor spins will be credited, as they are only available for players who are at a loss.
The. maximum possible Cashback amount credited automatically for each week is AUD 16,000.
The respective weekly reward will be credited to the player on Monday, from 02:00 AM UTC. Cashback is available for 3 days starting from the date they have been credited.
The player is not eligible for the reward if:
their account is on pause or blocked;
their account has an active balance of more than AUD 30;
they lost a deposit of less than AUD 30;
they haven't made their first 4 deposits yet – this reward becomes available after the player's 4th deposit only.
This reward should be regarded as a gift that belongs entirely to the casino.
