1. Promotion availability every week from Wednesday at 00:00 GMT till Tuesday at 23:59 GMT, 01.04.2025 – 31.12.2025, to registered customers who deposited money into their account.

2. Customers will receive 5% up to €5,000 cashback of their total real money net losses between Wednesday at 00:01 GMT till Tuesday at 23:59 GMT. The cashback is awarded in the real balance on the subsequent Wednesday of the player’s activity during the allotted times.

**Important: Eligible customers who participated in the campaign will be notified via pop-up that a cashback amount is available. In order for the cashback to be credited, customers must click on the “Accept” button within 3 days after the campaign round has finished. Failure to accept within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the cashback.

3. The minimum cashback amount for this promotion is €1.

4. The maximum cashback amount for this promotion is €5,000.

5. All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: net losses generated on the participating games from any deposits since the start of the promotional period x cashback % eligible at the time of request minus the total cashback that has been already awarded.

6. This promotion is only valid for net loses on the following games played in the Casino and Live Casino section:
– All Slots, Scratch, Classic, Fun games, All Live Casino games, All Roulette versions, All Blackjack versions, All Video Poker games, Craps, Baccarat, Multi-player games.

*Any occurred losses on Sports or Virtual Sports are not taken into account for this promotion.
