You can get up to 10% of your losses as cashback.
Cashback is available for customers who have attained “Gold” and to the “Super VIP” statuses.
The cashback percentage is determined based on your loyalty program status. Only real money that you have lost in bets is counted when calculating cashback. Your bonus funds and the previous cashback payment you received will not be taken into account.
Cashback is credited every Friday between 06:00 and 07:00 UTC.
The funds will be credited to your main balance.
If you are in the red (have a positive balance) during the cashback calculation period, cashback will not be credited.
