Cashback is issued weekly, on Sundays, between 00:00 and 01:00 AM UTC, to eligible players.
No opt-in is required for the cashback promotion. The cashback will be added automatically if you qualify for it.
The promotion is available to players that are level 1 or higher in the VIP Club.
The cashback amount is calculated based on real money losses from bonus-free deposits. Deposits that were used to claim a bonus will not generate cashback, even if lost.
Maximum cashback percentage received is based on the current loyalty level, as follows:
Levels 1-2: 5% weekly cashback with 7x wagering;
Levels 3-6: 6% weekly cashback with 6x wagering;
Levels 7-11: 7% weekly cashback with 5x wagering;
Levels 12-13: 8% weekly cashback with 3x wagering;
Levels 14-15: 9% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Levels 16-17: 10% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Levels 18-19: 11% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 20-21: 12% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 22-23: 13% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 24-25: 14% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 26-27: 15% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 28: 16% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 29: 18% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
Level 30: 20% weekly cashback with 0x wagering;
The wagering requirement can only be done on slot games.

The cashback bonus should be activated within 72 hours of being received, otherwise it will expire.
Wagering requirements for this bonus should be met in 24 hours. Otherwise, the bonus and all the winnings received from wagering the bonus will be forfeited.
The maximum cashback amount is based on the level you are on, as follows:
$500 (or currency equivalent) for levels 1-6;
$1,000 (or currency equivalent) for levels 7-11;

$5,000 (or currency equivalent) for levels 14 to 17;

There is no max win amount after the wagering requirements are met.
Only real-money bets that were made daily from 00:00 AM UTC to 23:59 AM UTC are taken into account.
Cashback is issued only if at the end of the weekly issuing cycle the account presents losses and no withdrawals.
