When do I get Cashback credited?

You will receive Cashback after it has been calculated. Cashback is calculated based on the loss amount (or equivalent) starting from the previous week from Monday at 12:00 AM (UTC) to Sunday at 11:59 AM (UTC) in slot games only.

What are the Cashback percentages?

Your Cashback percentage depends on your deposit sum for the previous week and is calculated from your real losses sum for the previous week. If your deposit sum is less than the real losses sum for the previous week, Cashback will be calculated from the deposit sum. The Cashback percentage according to deposit sums works as follows:
€20 – €500 5% max €25
€501 – €1,000 6% max €60
€1,001 – €2,500 8% max €200
€2,501 – €5,000 10% max €500
€5,001 + 12,5% max €1,250
Up to 25% – Invite Only

What's my maximum Cashback?

The total amount of received Cashback cannot exceed 25% of the total deposit amount of the previous week, and is limited according to your Cashback Level as shown above. Some players have personal deals, which are based on an agreement with their VIP Manager.

Wager Requirement?

All Cashback comes with a 1x wagering requirement.

How is my Cashback percentage calculated?

The Cashback percentage is calculated from the net deposit amount (i.e., deposit amounts minus pending and approved withdrawals). If the withdrawal is cancelled, it will be summed up again to the deposit amount.

Other terms

Cashback is available for 72 hours after being credited in the player's account.
The maximum win resulting from Cashback is €10,000.
The Weekly Cashback is not available for players who are registered in Finland.
Cashback will not be credited if the real money loss for the previous week was less than 20 EUR / 20 USD / 30 CAD / 30 AUD / 200 NOK / 500 CZK / 85 PLN / 30 NZD / 2500 JPY / 9000 KZT / 7960 HUF / 110 BRL. A real money loss means playing and losing without any bonuses.
